I never gave plasma before I came here, I was nervous and hesitant.. but the staff really made me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt light headed the first 2 times I went, and they responded quickly and made sure I felt better by taking the necessary procedures. Big S/O to Bailey and Justin too, super cool people and they know what they’re doing! I recommend this place.

i would never recommend coming here cause i went in the other day and was accepted but when i did my psychical and i was told my plasma was good but my blood was a 30 and my plasma was a 7 and that i had to bring up my blood 8 points ant that i could come back Monday but i think the lady that did my stuff forgot that yall was closed on Monday so i deiced to come back today and then some rude lady at the desk with long blond curly hair got snobby with me after i told her that another lady said that if i brought up my blood by 8 points i could donate but then i got denied cause i lived in spencer but you see i brought a po.box address to CSL when i was living in Worthington IN and they took that so imma tell you now ill never come back to yall ever again ill take my business else where and ill tell people how your place is cause you have some rude staff there and i dont appreciate how you have rude and snobby staff members
